Hey, apologies if this has been mentioned but I can't see anything about it. Is anyone having issues with Google Music? Mine crashes when I try to play music. Happened in 2.2.17and still in 2.2.24. Full wipe/cache/etc done. Cleared app data and uninstalled but still not luck.

got the message that important functions are missing ore nt compatible with android version...
so this will not work...

yes... changed the ro.build.id back to MIUI
and put the apk to/system/app with chmod 644
reboot and started app and got this message
what have yu done to got it working?

Hi to all,
After some freezes i turned back from tiamat to cm9 kernel.
With cm9 i never had a freeze.
The good news: Perhaps i found a solution for the market problem (no download possible) which appears for me only with CM9 kernel.
I found that in the main-settings, mobile network settings, APN's, my network operator offers a dozend of different Acess points for mobile-data to choose from. It seems to me that the default APN has changed and the list to choose from was longer from that which i remembered.
So i tried to change APN, and voilà: market works again with cm9 kernel!
Maybe it works for someone else who has the same problem with market on cm9 kernel !
So to conclude: Don' t now if market problem is really kernel related what i assumed before, or it was only a coincidence that configured data-access APN changed somehow

Hmm i use tiamat perhaps this is the difference?
Hmm after my next freeze I will revert to cm9 kernel too.. Don't want to brick my device...

- clock -> set alarm = FC (but alarm saved)

I took your r2 and replaced music from 2.2.24-r3 and miuihome form 2.3.2-r1
music works now
control too
but changing the statusbar style (centered, swithed) will not work
