Does this great kernel (I know it from former usage) work with LB1 or will there be an update? Maybe to LB2?

The Kernel works for LB2.

I think, I will wait for ICS sources with the next update.

Hmmm, OK. Saw the files were tar and not zip. Didn't realise CWM can flash tar files too. Thanks.

EDIT: Not working for me in CWM unfortunately...

Extract zImage to your sdcard ,then use your cwm app to install .
You may try this way

Just wondering what governor do you use to get the best battery life? or just let it be at default

Governor: lulzactive
Io scheduler: sio


One and a half day on battery with 9 hours screen on lol

9 hours screen on? Come on!!!
even on the lowest possible brightness i doubt you can get anywhere near 7 hrs.
