Just an update on Ver 3... All Done on my own
1. Video Slider lag fixed while playing video...
2. Touch response is fixed and responsive... It wasn't good in ver 2.. Maybe you had seen on ver 2 that it was little difficult to touch flash light icon in camera and to drag sliders in edit mode and dual touch was flickering but now fixed..
3. Launcher's zoom in/out animation while opening app drawer is sooooo smooth now... UI wasnt as smooth in ver 2 and had lags but now it's so snappy...
5. Web speed of opening pages is now much much faster..
Guaranteed, version 3 will make you say WOW!...
Looks like that's gonna be final version until official version comes in...
I am testing it for a couple of days then I will upload it.....
WOW! Yeah, it's not that responsive in later versions. Can you add another effect aside from zoom in and out like fade. Not demanding here, just requesting if possible.

yes you can by create folders name in you sdcard
/media/audio/ringtones - for ringtones
/media/audio/notifications - for notifications
/media/audio/alarms - for alarms
This happens with some copy Ics launchers like ones that work on gingerbread I do.believe you won't have this if you use stock aosp launcher
Which I think is in this rom
So is it on your stock launcher home screen
I will say it should be there I'm most apps like this

yes I am using another ics launcher and not stock one. So if I use stock launcher, the button won't be there?

Some Updates on Version 3.. (Still Uploading- another one hour probably..)
This is the Best I can do... Hopefully you will Love it... Its Probably the FINAL Version until Official ICS comes out...

1) Includes ALL Fixes from Previous Versions
2) Fixed Video Slider bar Lag during Video PlayBack
3) UI is much more Smoother and responsive to touch
4) Fixed Gallery Lag
5) Fixed Touch accuracy . Touch Response is very accurate now
6) No FCs, No Memory Low Errors anymore
7) Added ICS Scroll Bars (Thanks to Kormatoes)

I have Removed USER Data FORMAT script... But I would Still Recommend Wipe/Factory Reset as I made too many changes this time...
Removed On Screen Keys Mod as its changed in Ver 3... Uploading that later...
Check after a Short time I am adding Batt % Mod too ... Only Dotted Circle, Vertical Bar and AOSP..
Btw... 1300+ Downloads of ROM alone and just 18 thanks.. You guys are really mean...

any proper 4.0 launcher it will be gone semc stock is not setup for hardware keys but will still work just bit crap I would download v 3 and take it from there OK bud laters

Version 1: Initial Port
Please Follow these STEPS exactly otherwise you wont be able to Boot the ROM. If you have Sirkay's Kernel Flashed, you dont need to Flash kernel. just Flash Directly via Recovery...
1) Download the ROM and save on SDCard.
2) Turn off Phone and Enter into Fastboot Mode . ( Attach USB to PC while keeping Volume UP Pressed)
3) Flash the Kernel from HERE. (It has Built-in Recovery; Thanks to Sirkay for this one). Once Again If you already have Flashed Kernel by Sirkay then YOU DONT NEED TO FLASH AGAIN)
4) Turn on Phone, Enter Recovery. If you are coming from other ROMS do Factory Reset/Wipe Data... If coming from Previous version of ICELite you can just Flash the ROM but If if you have Lags or issues I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Full Wipe/Factory Reset...
(This Rom wont Boot if you use Recovery from your present Rom or using Stock ICS Kernel ... You have to flash the Rom with Recovery in Kernel.
5) Reboot... Have Fun...
ADDONS: (Compatible with Both Versions)
1) Nexus Boot Animation WITH Sound OR WITHOUT Sound
2) Galaxy Nexus OnScreen HW Keys (Thanks to kormatoes) See ScreenShotBelow. To Remove the OnScreen Keys Flash THIS

.6So guys here are some Tips and Fixes for you
1) For GSM DATA FIX..
For those who cant get GSM DATA to work, Just Flash Hotfix_v2.zip from Downloads
OR
Manually add your APN..APN Settings have been removed from this ROM. Download apn-conf.xml file and open it directly in Browser or with Notepad. Search your Carrier Name in List and Add exact Settings Data>Apn in Settings)
2) Work around for Messaging Led not working when Screen Off:
Download SMS Notifier... Awesome light application specific for messaging only with options of changing led color for messaging notification... Remember to turn off Notifications on ICS Messaging otherwise you will get dual notifications... It will solve led notifications when screen is off...
3) For FaceBoook Sync of Contacts
Download Foursquare Sync OR Friends Sync from Market and Sync you FaceBook contacts with it in Accounts and Sync in SETTINGS..
4) For Notification Counters on Messagin Icon and for Calls
Download Widget SMS Unread Notification from market.
Both are free and might be helpful...4
