@iJohnny: It's under /data/app, as it is just an update to the original Android Market (/system/app/Vending.apk) which still there. I believe that you can get back the good old Market by choosing "Uninstall updates" or deleting the Google Play Store apk (/data/app/com.android.vending.apk).

From market2I like the new scheme... the only thing that has been always bothering me is the country restrictions...
Paid Apps: Available in these countries
Movies: Available in US, UK, Canada, and Japan
eBooks: Available in US, UK, Canada, and Australia
Music: Available in US
So, for me is just a facewash to the market... :/
