Hello, I have HTC 7 Trophy. Here are some specs:

Bootloader

PC40100 SS-BC(4K)
SPL-5.10.2250.1(131801) MNG
MicroP (LED) 0x09
Touch A1(v10,20)

I cant use my HTC mobile. Please Help me out

What do you mean by you can't use it?

Can you load the OS? Are you stuck on the tri-color boot screen?
Have you attempted HSPL on it? (because the bootloader would need to be downgraded).

Heya

The phone is user locked.
I am not getting the proper wayout how to install new ROM update.

Which ROM is compatible with this Booltloger.

In the boot logger screen um am not getting Serial no also..

Please help me out with the proper process and how can do with the proper way..

Please help

You must of tried to install a custom rom without install DFT's HSPL. Or, you may have attempted to install another rom that wasn't fully compatibly with your phone?

Is your phone branded with your carrier, or does it simply say HTC? We need to find a stock rom that will work with your phone.

My HTC Trophy would not boot at all .. Please help

Followed update instructions, froze on step 8 of 9 of the WP7.5 update. Tried to cancel, phone totally dead and will not start at all.

Can you enter the bootloader by holding vol down+Power from power off?

You will probably have to flash a stock rom.

Wow, no....

If possible, try to send the phone in for warranty work.. unless the phone wasn't unbranded when you bought it. I find it hard to believe that it won't start.

Try this first, put the battery pack in a different phone and charge it, then try to start the phone. I know for me, I have two different phones with the same battery pack.
