what do you mean by deodexed rom
you are probably on a Odexed stock rom ! Status bar FC's happenned to me too...
try flashing a deodexed rom and then using this theme.
@Vert : What changes to expect from V1.2 ??

If you're stock rom rooted it's normally odexed. Look here for deodexed rom

When I use kernels like Franco and abyss the device start to have some lag especially when seeing videos on YouTube or even in the videos app.
now I am using the original kernel that comes with cassies extra lite rom sub zero v4.
What can I do to resolve this situation?

The problem why progress, lets say stooped for a while, is due to some issues that PKOPER is facing at the moment. Since he is doing most of the job and I am just helping him. I do not have device, so it is a bit slower

weird bug....when i wake up phone screen goes upside down.too bad i flashed this! i have to reset phone to get rid of it. dammit.

No you don't have to, just uncheck the CRT screen on animation from jkay's settings..
It's a known bug for the CRT, not theme related..

I just flashed your theme via CWM. My fone is now stuck after the samsung boot animation. its showing a SORRY button only. I can see the background icons and stuff... but once i click this SORRY thing, it boots up again.. tried flashing many times even after removing battery and all... no luck
i dont have any modifications nor have any custom kernels . im on stock rom with root and cwm. please help !

Your rom should be stock odex. Only way is to download & flash a deodex rom on top from substancer thread without wipe to use this theme. I dont know if Vertumus have a restore flash zip. Did you missed reading the OP before flashing as it's for deodexed rom only.

Just an FYI that, I too, get the reverse video, upside down screen about 50% of the time when I turn on the phone. I will now uncheck the JKay vid setting which is the first I hear of this :Known issue".

whats the latest domination theme that work on 2.3.6 for galaxy note ? there're alot of dif domination thread and its so confusing. can someone point me to the right one that work with galaxy note n7000 2.3.6 ? thanks

Thanks Matius44, I had done a ROM upgrade and This WONDERFUL skin and a few other things, all in short order. And when the reverse video started happening I did not wvwn think to read JKay's theread BUT now that I unchecked "CRT TV on effect" I am G2G.

Before I start, I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest thanks to following guys who made this possible: PULSER, SESHMARU. DOCTORCETE and MATRIAK31
Requirements:
- U need rom without any themes or mods install, otherwise u will end up in bootloop
- Don't flash it even over my CWM packages, bootloop
- Make a backup just in case before flashing
- If u are installing mods from 2nd post, use only with name UNIVERSAL. CWM packages over universal theme will take u to bootloop again
- Uninstall JKAY deluxe settings app (when u flash theme, latest version will be installed)
- If u have any other mods (like phone with no inc. record.full pic), remove it. U will install it latter
- REMOVE ALL MODs PLEASE. U WILL INSTALL THEM ALL, LATTER
- if u have older version of JKAY APP (JkayDeluxeSettings), please uninstall
- Patience, installation is just little bit longer
-If u still got bootloops, but ur buttons are litenin, take out battery, put it back, power ur phone. Now u should not have any more bootloops and ur theme will be installed correctly
- Download the UNIVERSAL.ZIP file from the download section below and DO NOT unzip it
- Copy the UNIVERSAL.ZIP file to your INTERNAL SD card
- Boot your phone into CWM (hold Vol Up, Home & Power Button)
- Wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Select 'Install ZIP from SD Card'
- Select 'Choose Zip from SD Card'
- Then select the UNIVERSAL.ZIP file you downloaded
- Reboot
- After this you only have to enjoy
