Adi/m.kochan/All,
I flashed Titanium V2.1 on my I9103 today. But, I faced few issues. Looks like there are few issues where you are connected to data/wi-fi and market and you disable data/wifi.
Let me explain what I did:
1. I had stock Indian ROM 2.3.5 (just rooted), which I upgraded to Austria 2.3.6.
2. Nandroid of that.
3. To instal Titanium V2.1, I did wipe data/reset, Wipe cache, Wipe dalvik cache.
4. Install from Zip V2.0.
5. Install from Zip V2.1 (It worked after 2-3 retries).
6. Did a clear of cache and dalvik cache.
When I rebooted, it booted fine, and entered the setup. I entered my login details for Google account. Phone was up, it connected to 3G and login was through. After this I opened market and it started downloading the apps that were linked to my account, as I was on 3G, I wanted to stop it, so went and disabled the Data. Immediately it crashed, it crashed back to back 3-4 times. I did a reboot, cleared data/cleared caches, it looked ok.
Then I re-flashed with Titanium 2.0/2.1 again, this time I was home,, rebooted fine. After logging into Google account I disabled data, there was no crash this time.
Now, I configured wi-fi and went to market, it started downloading apps immediately. Then I put the phone to airplane mode and enabled only wi-fi, it crashed again. Looks like there is some issue with downloading from market and disabling/enabling wi-fi/data while doing that. I didnt face this issue either in 2.3.5 nor in 2.3.6. Its never rebooted/crashed till date.
@Adi,
Coming to what I felt could be better:
1. Boot animation is not HD
and its too long, I am used to seeing HD boot I guess
2. Stock browser (I use dolphin, but there are some webpages, where stock is good).
So far this much, as it crashed 5-6 times, so went back to my nandroid 2.3.6 (thanks to CWM).
Coming to the ROM, the ROM looks great, its fast, feels light, very responsive. I liked the colors, setup. Battery for 2-3 hours I was on Titanium V2.1 was good, that too most of the time I was using the phone, doing things on phone.
