after the ICS update my battery seems alot better, i can go through a whole 3 days with normal usage "phone, twitter, email"
i might order one of these batteries if it had a seprate charger because i actually want that

All people from london (england) got the battery with real specification about mAH
All others from canada and other country are getting fake batteries and complaining...
What the hell is this????
I just ordered the battery and 1 minutes after the payment, i came here in this topic...ohhhh my god ! I hope I will not receive a fake one as I'm not from england !

I just received my 2430 mAH Gold battery. Today, 13 days since ordered.
Put in my phone, Started in Recovery, read battery charge : 69%
removed and put back in package. Will test later.
I will test it and give you some feedback.

Ok, after some test i can confirm that "japan" battery is ~15/20% more efficient than original stock.
Is not bad, never used my phone for 2 days without recharge
Anker is the same case for 90% owners
10 -20% better than stock battery.
(10% includes manfactute defect ones,which all products have)
Sent w/ HTC Sensation 4G (Z710a) XDA Premium
My tests about the Golg 2430 mAH batteery :
Original : Standby, 100% to 99%, from 11h10 to 14h30
Comparing with same settings,
Gold : Standby, 100% to 99%, from 16h10 saturday to 22h45!!!
The battery fully ended the next day at arround 00h20 Monday.
Used some applications, Web navigation, emails, SMS, Wifi, GPS, Games...
I think it's a really 2430 mAH Li-Po.

whoa that really looks tempting. but its got a "KIRF" look and feel to it.
guess if its real - it should be having its own website/ online link. wish we can have the Galaxy SIII's batt!
If the size is the same as the stock one - the 2430 mah will be just a fake value. Period
Sorry, but you are wrong. This battery is not Li-ion to be compared with size. It's a Li-Po Battery and you should read about the difference. More mAH in less size than Li-Ion.

I've literally never read this and I'm a certified technician. The only benefits of Li-Po that I've seen is that they're more fire-resistant and can be flexible when it comes to storage. I've never seen that they somehow just have more charge in a smaller physical size than a Li-On. The only way I could see that is if the Li-Ons weren't packaged efficiently and there was empty space in them - meaning a lithium polymer version of that battery could have filled that space with more cells.
The other reason I find this magic hard to believe is that since they're potentially cheaper to manufacture than Li-Ons, wouldn't every cellphone manufacturer switch to them?
I'm not certain on this, but I've never read anything about Li-Pos that say "More amperage/hour in a smaller size".
Edit: The price is also questionable. Fourteen bucks for a 2400mAh battery? Doubtful, at best.

I bought probably the same "Gold" one (although mine says 2450 mAh) and I'm using it for 2 days on HTC DoubleShot (details HERE)
Compared to my original stock battery it certainly is of larger capacity and after second charge it got me thru whole day with more than my usual usage (again - more details in the thread linked above).
If you don't mind to chime-in and add your opinion or thoughts to our thread it would be very apreciated, because as of this moment I am the only one trying this battery on our phones (the HTC DoubleShot aka T-Mobile MyTouch 4G Slide) and the more the merrier...

I have used that for about a week, and I was concerning about whether the battery is real or fake... The reason I say that because the battery I bought seems to have around 1200 mAh
I have searched that in ebay, and I found 2 'types' of this Gold 2430 mAh battery. Among these 2 'types', they look alike, but some details doesn't. Have a look at the following picture
From the above picture, you can see the difference
Well... may be you will say it's juz becoz of the picture compression, but if you look further, other than the fonts of the 'Sen sation' was bold, the letter "G" in the word "Gold battery" in these 2 batteries are not the same!
To summarize, these 2 batteries have the following differences:
1) Battery Title 'Sensation' Bold?
2) The stickers of the battery? (the covering part at the top of the battery)
3) Different Fonts??
To conclude, I think either one of the is fake, and the other one is real...

So, remember to check if its real or not before you buy~1tried both... anker & 2340mah!
i have tried both anker 1900 and this 2300ish japan one...
sync 2 email accounts.... google+ sync ... tons of text and a few phone calls and about 40 pages of web browsing
anker 1900 ---- 20 hours at least every single time
2300ish Japaneses battery --- under 8 hours!
Anker is simply awesome!1Trust me just buy the anker best battery out there for the sensation.
