Just wondering is there going to be a ICS version coming out? I was going to wait, but not quite sure if there will be one coming out for the Jug Rom. I am a noob when it comes to Android phones because this is my first one and I don't even know how to move to a different ROM if I want ICS.

As far as I have seen....there is a OFFICIAL ICS ROM release soon. Once that comes out...Im sure this section will blow up again!!! LOL!! If you wanna keep juggernaut 5.0...download the ICS Theme for Juggernaut::

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1507648

Its pretty nice. I think I have tested every single damn Theme for Juggernaut. LOL. My SGS2 started to hate me and started to mix themes and kept on working...LOL.

Wtf is wrong people..we haven't even had an official ICS leak for our phones so why even bother to post crap like this. No wonder devs have been abandoning our device..

I received some great advice from jets76 at the link below. He is currently running Juggs using Faux's Hercules Kernel and Gideon's UV scripts. Take a read of the thread below, was a big help for me.

Exactly what I've been saying

Just a word about the included Kernel!
It is the U version, which stands for ultimate addition!
Which also means
~ OC up to 1.73Ghz
~ GPU OC'd @ 320Mhz (3D) and 220Mhz (2D)
~ Moar info here!
If you want better battery try
[ CFS ] (Mainline Edition - should work with ALL phones!)
The File ==> Hercules kernel 009m (1.73 GHz, L2 speed up to 1.56 GHz) <==

Or you could try
GideonX_Stock.zip - stock zip, flash this if you run into any problems. It will load all defaults.

GideonX_OC_UV.zip - CPUs @ 384/1080Mhz | -50mV | OnDemand

GideonX_OC_UV_VM_Tweaked_for_Battery.zip - CPUs @ 384/918Mhz | -75mV | OnDemand | VM tweaked | Not all phones can take -75mV, have the above stock zip handy just in case

Want the latest and greatest as of March 11, 2010!
Kernel 010 is official! Mainline and Ultimate are available!

https://twitter.com/#!/faux123/statu...90315553959936

PS... If you are using Ultimate Beta Build 3... it is identical to the released Ultimate edition... so NO NEED to flash if you are happy with Ultimate Version!

Always look in Faux's Kernal thread for his last few posts! He doesn't always get around to updating his OP right away!

Between the different kernel versions and GideonX's scripts you should be able to make any phone happy with plenty of battery life without an extra app to manage the clock!!

If you like like this ROM you should also check out!

I'm thinking the last zip but I'm not 100% sure.

Depends what you are looking for. All these scripts will help improve battery life, but some phones may not like being UV -75mV. It's all trial and error and see what works best for you. If you try one and it lags or is choppy and slow, just flash another one to try. I didn't have any issues using -75mV script or the -50mV script.

I think if you run into any problems, flashing the stock zip will load all defaults.

I am not the most technical person on these forums by far, but by asking a lot of questions and trying things out you learn pretty fast. Good luck.
