You would do a back up with CWM before you flash a different one so if don't like it you can do a restore

Try Contact-sync from market. If most of your contacts are also on facebook this is the app of your choice!!! Works perfect for me!

As far as speed goes it is really nice! I normal dont like roms with all the Go Apps preinstalled, but they are all good apps so I can live with them. Also battery life seems great so far.

Only question and its more a general CM7 thing is why is the wifi always on constantly drain the battery? Why does it never time out when you just leave your phone sitting while at home or when it is out of range of your home network when you are driving?

Good job really enjoying it so far works great on the Inspire.
