>>> System partition: 195Mb
>>> SD-EXT: 1,5Gb minimum
>>> If you want use swap i recommend 50Mb of swap partition

DOWNLOAD:::INFO:::SUPPORT
Installation procedure:
1) download and install my rom ONLY with CWM recovery.
2) in the first boot the phone will perform 2 autoreboots.
3) when the phone is started up wait that the screen light turning off before unlock
4) OPTIONAL: if you need more nand space you can move /data/data and/or dalvik cache on SD-EXT you can do it in two way:
- download and install Darktremor A2SD GUI from market and set folders location as you prefer
OR
- download and install a terminal emulator and insert these commands:

a2sd cachesd (if you want move dalvik cache on sd-ext)
a2sd datasd  (if you want move data/data on sd-ext)
a2sd heapsize[I]XX[/I] (if you want set dalvik heapsize to XX value)
a2sd help (for more infos ;) )

Hi, I'm going to test asap, but I like to know if Advanced power menu is working always, or as your another rom, only works first time.

I don't like quick boot apps, I prefer the clasic hard button.

Does the camcorder record without stutter in this ROM.....................or any Sense 3.5 ROM???

Sorry guys.... it's a server issue... i'll update mirror ;)

Camcorder still lagging... i working on it... on sense 1.0 roms works great... i hope that i could take something from it....

I was testing these days MIUI builds and i don't know why in these builds camcorder works perfectly and on our sense 3.5 roms doesn't?

EDIT: I also downloaded corrupted zip file but downloading again with "down them all" (plugin for firefox) and downloaded all OK...

:eek: that's a first isn't it? So I guess it's as fast as Sense 2.x now?

Is the ROM bugged? My EU HD2 starts as in the instructions but at step 3 it hang for 20 minutes. After a Reset (Battery out) I get to the Sense Background and Taskbar but there the Device hangs. Any Solution?

    Look good.
    Phone flashed - 2 autoreboots - wait to start Stuck at sleep
    reboot
    Settings - it is look very smooth +1 :)
    First look on Homescreen - sense - smoth -- NO LAG +2 ;)
    Next Music -- Beats -- Work good - same as UrDroid - maybe little louder :|
    Wakeing phone -- smooth (UrDroid sometime lag) :|

    HTC Portable Hotspot --- Not working - TESTED

    Reboot

    Start of ROM - not faster (same as UrDroid)

    So 3rd app maybe.
    Wifi Tether - Testing --- stuck :/

    Reboot - Not full - Hot reboot - On tablet still see wifi
    Rebooted - Phone say HTC HOTSPOT ON -- TABLET CONNECTED -- but No network :/
    Next try -- WiFi Tether - CANT get IP
    next try
    change Device profile to Google NexusOne
    Force reload driver - on
    Route Fix - ON
    Conected :) Woho :)

    So With 3rd app "WiFi Tether" - WiFi Tethering WORKS :)
