Finally I didi it :)
Flashed and working.
Now I will try to flash with this ROM cause the phone has a lot of programs (Financial times and so going on that eat a lot of memory). The last problem I found is the behaviour of Link2SD. If i install programs on the SD often they disappear and often Link2Sd tells me that the partition does not exists).
The only question is: better the Deox o Ox version??

rooted phone with lintery recovery installed

---where can i find it??

root using superclick (install your phone drivers from spice website)
to install custom recovery search google for the .apk named Mobile uncle tools.

---downloaded superoneclick, version 2.3.3.0
every time I start rooting, the program says: killing adb server. stating adb server "daemon not running starting it at port...." and freezes :(

flashing ROM -
put ROM on the root of your sdcard for flashing.
reboot into recovery-perform nandroid backup-wipe data and cache-flash update.zip from sdcard

--how to toggle the zip file verification?

Atlantis v 3.0 due tonight based on latest official Spice built 2.0 (thanks @Yasir for 2.0) , please suggest should I keep mango launcher or remove ?

It's indifferent for me.
I noted that sometimes the Data connection freezes (gonly "G" in the notif. bar). I have to put the connection on "off" and then to reactivate it.
Am i the only one?

What are people expecting from these (bala's or atlantis) custom builds for Spice MI-350n?

they are expecting all the features like cyanogen......
but without source code this cant be done
and a very sad news for us
I mailed spice for source code......
they replied
"Dear Customer,

I wonder they themselves have source code (outsourced to OEM) is Spice the OEM?

Toggle signature verification before flashing zip. This option is available in recovery when u choose flash zip from sdcard. U should see a warning on the screen - flashing unsigned zip may corrupt your system (this is normal), if u have successfully turned off signature verification.

Dual sim cyanogen.....i haven't heard it before.......! but it would b great !!

Yasir bro, we are stuck again like rokr e6 without the source code !! Unlucky !! :(

bro are you using stock(default) recovery ......

you have to install nodded recovery for that...

    Let me present all of you Indian owners of spice -MI350n a custom ROM for your phone.

    Warning! before flashing please perform a nandroid backup of your existing ROM, I cannot be held responsible for your bricked devices.The ROM requires data and cache to be wiped so please perform a backup.

    Requirements for flashing ROM

    Rooted phone with lintery recovery installed
    Root using superclick (install your phone drivers from spice website)
    to install custom recovery search google for the .apk named Mobile uncle tools.

    Flashing ROM -
    Put ROM on the root of your sdcard for flashing.
    Reboot into recovery->perform nandroid backup->wipe data and cache->toggle signature verification->flash zip from sdcard

    After installation is finished reboot phone, first boot may take some time.

    Change log:-

    Based on Android 2.3.4 latest official Spice built v 2.0 (thanks @Yasir for 2.0)
    Pre-rooted and busybox installed
    Free of bloatwares
    Mango launcher is the default and the only launcher included
    BRAVIA engine and BEATS audio mod
    Transparent Notification bar and some framework customisations
    Blocked ads
    Mobile uncle tools.apk included
    Deodexed and Zipaligned
    New Boot and shut animations and no boot sound

    you can use the following app from market (easier way)
    Free apps-
    Font Installer*root (recommended)

    or using root explorer - first create a backup of existing fonts found under system\fonts by copying them to another (say, backup folder) then download new fonts or stock fonts and replace them with existing ones found under system\fonts.

    you can remove all of them remaining mobilelog it is your phone call register
    and tts stands for text to speech I recommend you to not remove it

    you can remove live wallpapers no problem..
