Had that issue occasionally with R2, but a simple restart always fixes the problem. So far on R3 mine is sticking.

Is anyone having problems with the volume controls? Mine seems to be forced to max volume during playback no matter what the volume is set to.

I searched thru the thread and think i'm the only one having this problem...when coming from a clean wipe (darkside's superwipe and kernel cleanser) then installing the R3 zip, my superuser doesn't work, i go to update the bianary and it say's i have a legacy SU and can't find the path to update it, and no apps can get root.

Try updating your busybox first then update SU

can't use stericson or jrummy's apps because of no SU bianary found...and if I have to flash the SU files separately that's just odd....rather just go back to r2....i wish a full AOSP ICS would come out that's actually made for the S2 but this awesome CM7.2 rom is well..awesome..for now until cm9 or somethin' maybe i'll just flash the SU files the same way I would if trying to gain Root from stock...or will that jack the ROM up.....hmmmm or just wait for an r4? or maybe i'm doing something wrong..or panicing for no reason and r2 is just fine for now.......must....seek....help

deep breaths...in.....out.......yes, just flash the su zip like when you were coming from stock to root. i flashed it after gapps but it didn't seem to take. went back into recovery, reflashed, and it's good now.

that being said, there are some audio isssues going on. was trying to play something from google music and it ended up freezing up the phone. going to play around with it for a minute but i'll post a logcat shortly

edit: hope this helps

    I Am Not AFFILIATED with the CyanogenMOD Team.. Any Comments by me are not the views of CyanogenMOD!

    Please Read ENTIRE Post

    CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include <std_disclaimer.h>
    /*
    * Your warranty is now void.
    *
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
    */

    CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    Right, lets try this again, shall we?

    The OP has kindly provided another thread for you to ask questions in and generally post pointless crap like 'thanks', 'downloading!', 'awesome' etc.

    This thread should be reserved for bug reports and constructive feedback for the OP.
