Both SD Maid and Cache Cleaner are working fine for me on Kindle Fire. No apps hanging up so far.
can i remove existing SU app from my ROM and install this one? or do i have to keep both of them?
After flashing this, though i have granted the permissions, still apps say that, it did not get the permissions for root access and the screen just stays blank!
I have wondered this as well I installed this on the gingerbread revolver ROM and suddenly lost all root, did I do something wrong? I mean obviously unless it was a zip file to flash I need root access to install right?

Hi all,
I've discovered that with some apps there are issues if you switch on "Full Content" logging instead of the "Access Only" default option, if you've purchased SuperSU Pro.
The workaround is easy, just switch back to the "Access Only" option (for both the "Global Default" under settings or any apps you've specifically switched the "Full Content" logging option on for).
I found Root Explorer became extremely slow with "Full Content" logging on, the /sbin folder for some reason could take up to 45seconds to open. And with the Global Default set to "Full Content" logging, some apps struggled to acquire root the first time, I guess within the allotted 9 seconds.
Other than that, SuperSU seems to work great.
I am on an optimus v running backside iho and just installed your app which is great but I can't find temporary unroot. Can you please help me? Thank you.
I have a request/improvement: in the app list, how about order them alphabetically?
Still not sure what's going on here. Are you using the latest paid version of root explorer ? I am, and it works fine for me, I've tested it on 9 devices with SuperSU now ... various Android versions. Though if anybody can figure out a pattern to the root explorers not working ...
Interesting... I just tried Wifi Tether 3.1 beta11 to figure out what's causing this, and again, it works fine for me... :S
See my earlier comment regarding root explorer. Are there any other apps you know of that behave this way ?
Root explorer is working great for me with supersu. I dont use wife tether app. Since the phone comes it with one from the maker.

Instead of lying to everyone like every app that we try doesn't work except when u try it like wifi tether and telling us the devs need to make their apps that have been around compatible with your newer app, why not just make ur app and binaries compatible with however their apps manage root???? So far no real developers wanna touch this because it takes too long to prompt and half the apps won't work with it! U should at least make it work seamlessly with wifi tether since 50% of rooters root just for that feature. It's not cool that you keep telling us to "contact the dev" and "it worked for me" like ALL OF US R DOING SOMETHING WRONG! It does NOT work with WiFi Tether! YOU should contact the devs since YOU are the one selling the app! I wish I knew it didn't work for real before I spent my money on it.....
EDIT: even the uninstall/cleanup feature doesn't work!!!
Preliminary update for Android 4.2's multi-user capabilities.
Only the main user can run the UI and gain root access.
Secondary user's apps will not be granted root, nor can
those users change SuperSU configuration.
This is all temporary. Proper multi-user support is being
worked on.
Note that if a non-user process (like ADB shell) needs to
prompt for root, that prompt will always appear on the
MAIN user's screen !
