First off, terrific ROM - thanks for all your hard work!

Just a couple of questions:

When I open up TiBu, it says that it can't restore because Allow Unknown Sources is not checked in Applications. When I go to applications in settings, I can't find this. (I know this is ICS, but figured someone could help).

I can't get weather in the lockscreen. I have it checked in display, and the update interval at one hour, but it doesn't show up.

Settings -> Security -> Unknown Sources


The weather only works with the Samsung Lockscreen, its included in the kitchen. ;)

They are including that in the theme for the AOSP lock.
But that will overwrite any features like extended reboot menu, home lag fix, etc.

OK so I'm on 2.3 with Verts ICS theme and ics14 toggle. Does this sound right...

-Flash 2.4
-Remove android.policy.jar from the zip of Verts ICS theme
-Flash ICS theme
-Flash 14toggle (is this still needed?)

Also the base is not LP3 anymore is it? LD3 now? Title says LP3. Want to flash verts theme.

Yea think you still need to flash toggles after vert's theme or remove it from his zip all together. :p

I should have put dates on the kitchen. :eek:

Nothing in the kitchen will remove anything, only replace if you pick something.
I'll get it updated tonight.

Hey I'm getting funky issues with the 15toggle bar on 2.4. Ex, touch data it turns data off but toolbar button light doesn't change. Then it stays lit until I hit something else like gps. Then gps is lit and data shows off but if I turn data back hit button gps turns off. Almost as if it won't allow more than a certain amount of toggles to be on/activate. Also I'm getting some pretty bad lag on the phone overall. I'm sure that is probably the kernel which I'm about to switch and find out.

Bad flash maybe? :confused:

I am able to change the toggles in whichever way and it works fine for me at the moment, tried replicating your problem.

I wiped cache and dalvik cache and then flashed v2.4 (I'm coming from v2.3) and it goes through the process normally and after it says rebooting in 5.4.3.2.1 it gets to the Galaxy S II GT-I9100 screen and then it goes to the ying yang ICS siyahkernal logo screen and stays there.

I'd appreciate some help with my issue.

definitely do a full wipe if you're having problems. even if you don't think you have to, it will probably fix your problem.

Why do you even have the GT-I9100 with so many ways of removing it. :p
Download http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1494114 and give him thanks and buy him a beer if at all possible.

It has been tested on our phones many times.


As for it being stuck on boot, try reflashing...if not maybe a wipe but do that last.

Edit
Actually few questions, did you try dual boot (might have caused problems) or did you switch to another kernel?
Maybe try flashing Entropy or Drowningchild's kernel without doing a wipe.
