Did anybody else experience increased 3g speeds as of today??

I went from 50-100kb to 700kb+ today. I was like "wuuhhh"

Sprint got their act together for the release of the Galaxy Nexus today.

I am in South Florida BTW.

EDIT: ADMIN PLEASE FIX THE TITLE TO SPRINT* MY BAD

Check out the website www.s4gru.com full of hardcore engineer types talking about Sprint network updates. Really great info there. Sprint Network Vision will improve 3g speeds on existing phones as well as adding 4g lte for next-gen phones

My wife is in chicago still and she said her speeds went extra crappy so I imagine there rolling out the changes in phases.

NO. Sprint data sucked before and sucks now. I wish the hell I hadn't renewed. What good is unlimited data when it's nearly unusable because it's so dang slow.

Wow! After what seemed like two weeks of worse than dial-up speed, I just ran a test (same time in the evening as the abysmal speeds) and I am back up to pre-iphone speeds, avg around 1.2-1.6 Mbps. SE NC here. :)
