flash v01a kernel using fastboot...

check if device boots up and everything is functional...

then reboot into recovery and flash latest kernel

DooM, you probably have this sorted by now anyway...

regarding the problem of restoring pre v02 backups with one-touch, is it not just a case of testing if the boot.img exists in the backup dir, if not then skip that part of the restore script?

just a passing thought..

recovery cant find delvic cache folder:
http://pastebin.com/gBb3tS5d
Code:
rm: can't remove '/cache/dalvik-cache': No such file or directory
rm: can't remove '/sd-ext/dalvik-cache': No such file or directory
Dalvik Cache wiped.
and spam this error:
Code:
active fb swap failed: Invalid argument

and also i have trouble with battery - its quickly discharged with v3 core, not only me, also 2 peoples from 4pda forum, i just lost 3% for only 5 minutes browzing in my phone settings (not in games).

those "errors" are not important

dalvik-cache is generally located to /data/

most recoveries have functions to delete /data, /cache, /sd-ext as some scripts move dalvik-cache to either of those location...

Code:
active fb swap failed: Invalid argument
this issue is of no consequence for the user... its the issue we have because of the current graphics configuration for recovery...

its of lowest priority as of now...

Hi DoomLord thanks a lot for your work you rock! But could you release one CWMrecovery for the stock kernel, i think you will make happy lot of people like me becose your kernel is still to unstable! And you will help lot of developers creating more stable stock based Roms.
Thanks again for your work i'm happy to see you in this development section.

Hi all, just got my LT26i yesterday, first thing I did (well almost)
is unlock the bootloader and install DoomKernel. I created a backup in CWM last night and after installing some more apps and changing a few things today I made a new backup. I went into Root Explorer to delete yesterday's one, but I noticed that the creation dates of the backup folder and backups are incorrect. They are timestamped as 1970 and 1979 respectively!

Is this a bug or something I need to change somewhere?

TIA
