Based on AOSP Phone app v.4.0.4.

All settings in Settings->Advanced Settings.

Current feature:

1. vibrate on answer
2. vibrate on hangup
3. vibrate on call waiting
4. vibrate on every 45 sec, i.e. 45", 1'45", 2'45"...

Todo list:

1. turnover to silence incoming ring
2. show organisation/nickname of calling user
3. volume crescendo of ringtone
4. black list feature.

Caution: the attached file has English/Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese language only, if you want other language, go get the source codes and compile yourselves.

You have to push the app to /system/app. Before you push it, making sure you back up the old phone.apk first.

There is the version for 2.3.x, please check the cm build.

Sorry for the late response.

Its just below the Starred contacts in the last tab after dialer & contacts.
The list starts with starred & then Frequently Called and then your regular contacts.

The list is just useless, the contacts in that list are not even the ones I contact the most. No idea how to erase those at all.

That's part of Contacts app, not from Phone app....
