Yes to flash normal way...grab 4ext recovery that is the wayto go with s on from what I've heard

Just delete mpdecision and.thermald and youll be dual core again if in 1.1.
I havent had a chance to update GT with new changes in 1.1 I have a lot of non android plans today. Ill update that one when I get a chance

where is the fix for the bootloops? Chad is a ghost on XDA now. I would search the thread but for some reason the search button is gone at the moment (and yes i looked when i logged in).

Alright, I have tried downloading the file from my phone, firefox and internet explorer and I for the life of me can not get the HTC music app to load, keeps force closing. These are on a fresh install with FULL wipe of everything. Should I maybe try re-flashing GT and then do a dirty flash of this on-top?

I'll test it out now...
Will do the single core first and see how that sleeps. GT version posted on May 11th sleeps like a baby with almost no percentage drop at night.

What sucks is everyone is using different recoveries...this makes it difficult to trouble shoot!
A suggestion I'm going to make is try 4ext to those having problems...especially hboot 1.5 users

Yes app and widget for fine, beats pops up when i start a song too

every since i switched to touch recovery all my issues went away
always do a full wipe and use superwipe as well
it may take a few more min to setup phone but its worth not having the
headaches. i also use titanium for restoring apps and always good to
run within 15 min of flashing.

Are you running the latest 1.1 rom that was released late last night? I have tried everything you just said and I always flash my roms this way. Im also hboot 1.4 s-off.

Well thats weird .. it dont make sense. Maybe I just keep getting a bad download then or something. Didnt think so seeing as I have downloaded the rom from 2 different browsers and my phone, all with the same results. Unless something is happening different when flashing for people that are hboot 1.4 s-off and hboot 1.5 s-on.

    Getting settled into new home and unpacking so should have everything set up by tomorrow so I can get moving on these updates.
