got the cm7 version of sense2.1/3.0 insertcoin...
still 80mb free with all my 80 apps installed and running the rom since compass is working.

for cm7 you need:
-s-off
-flash cm7 hboot
-wipe all
-reformat sd card (1gb ext), rest fat32 (1gb recommended, more can cause trouble)
-if you want: flash ext4 alignment (bit faster ext-speed)
-flash the rom (may be you need clockworkmod 3.0.0.5, but it´s easy via to fakeflash that via your old recovery)
-flash things you want (themes, battery etc mods)

if you want to know something --> pm me

Final
Hello, i still think this is the best rom ever made for desire, from every rom i tried, even baad nightly v40 version.

Just one request to baad: please could you provide the final version of radio, ril, wifi, and kernel that you think is working with this rom 2.0.1(d2ext) because i tried a newer version of ril and the phone blocked at the spash screen picture, or a new version of wifi and the wifi is not working and says: error, when i try to turn it on.

Best regards, sorry for my english!

radio: newest one works great with this rom... had it running without problems before flashing the new rom (.23 radio-version). battery was even better than before

kernel: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/13432479/bra...nel/index.html newest ones from froyo base are running great. had .416 running before changing roms

wifi: never tested one
ril: always had standart one
