If someone have problems with Smasung TTS just download the zip file above and put the lib files etc. to your system folder. worked for me

Better still, download Wanamlite's version which includes the SGS3 TTS files.
Works great on my GS2!! Better still, it's a CWM flashable zip:

I wanna try your version
wanam's new port is same as my full port, you just need to delete the existing s-voice application using any root file explorer before flashing wanam mod
If you had edit the Build.prop, just edit to your original Build.prop,
then reboot,and go to setting -> apps -> s voice -> clear data -> uninstall
or you can use the cleaning apps tool like"SystemApp Remover"
after that just flashing full port version and follow the instructions.

I am in Turkbey's latest version with Siah kernal working fine with the version/patch posted here got Network Error on early release version here, I uninstall with Root Uninstaller and now its working fine, but its not fully functional

I did some packet sniffing on my Galaxy Nexus and the results are:
S Voice is definitely hosted at Vlingo servers IP address 63.116.58.58. Same IP address is used when I start using Vlingo.
IP address: 63.116.58.58
IP country code: US
IP address country: United States
ISP of this IP: Verizon Business
Organization: VLINGO
Second thing is that, at the moment we start using S Voice we are sending all the following info to them:
X-vlclient: DeviceMake=samsung; DeviceOSName=Android; DeviceModel=Galaxy Nexus; DeviceOS=4.0.4; Language=en-US; ConnectionType=DirectTCP; Carrier=[my Carrier]; CarrierCountry=[my Country]; DeviceID=[my IMEI]; AudioDevice=Android\r\n
...looks easy to them to deny the requests from the phones other than Galaxy SIII ! and they are doing this obviously, look at the response:

...the app was grate, I had the chance to test it for less than an hour, but one thing I noticed was that it was recognizing non english contact names.1Nothing ever goes easy for me, so what's the hard way?? This is when i try to paste it under system/app.
And this is quite common i guess if i wanna install normal apk!
I don't have Vlingo installed.
Redownload the apk and paste in data/app and set permissions1
Open the zip and see the files inside it and delete the same files in /system
