No need with PC apps like Bluestacks. You can play Android games on your PC and use whatever controller you want.

I want to install ics on my pc and play games by connecting xperia play via usb or whatever, I don't know if I explained it well
Hmm. I'm not sure. Someone makes ICS on a usb stick, but I'm not sure about using the play controls with it.
