Well that is interesting. It's not an official way, that's why I don't know about it lol. Anyways, I will not post radios/kernels since people don't know how to use them and can soft brick/brick their phones.

I know something about it. Flashed LowKernel via fastboot and my phone was stuck on HTC logo :\ then reflashed boot.img and everything was ok. but i think its not 100% safe flashing with s-on. or am i wrong?

sorry for bad english.

This looks awesome, I'm so gonna use this :)

Edit: Seems I unlocked bootloader, but I can't get recovery to work :/ Only get that HTc screen with red text. Seems i'll have to it manually (I've read the whole thread).

Edit2: Done it using Torxx thread :)

Hey, I just got my hands on a phone that seems to be stuck in the exact same situation (HTC logo and "this build is for development purposes only do not distribute...") Since I'm new to HTC I was looking for the easiest way to restore the phone and I found cannondale0815's solution involving the aio-toolkit. So I was wondering if the toolkit method has any huge advantages over the other (Torxx's), and of course, which one would be easier to complete?

First of all, huge thank you, for your work man, keep it up!
I'm planning to try and revert my phone to stock from the above situation but since I'm new to HTC I wasn't sure if I have to boot up the phone first holding Vol Down or I can just plug it via USB and execute Boot into Bootloader using the toolkit?

v1.1 Released! 6-11-2012
- Removed all old CWM/Stock Recoveries

Download is in Post 2.

Can I translate your tuto & your prog here: http://forum.frandroid.com/forum/362-htc-one-s/
It would be great for Frensh users. :)
Thanks

You can make a tutorial in French but do not copy and paste the thread there. This program will only be on XDA-Developers.com and Android-Dev.us. Tutorials on using is fine with me.

You can use the command from my toolkit if you just wanna be lazy lol. That is why I put it there.

I don't have the phone so I can't test the recovery or what it says. It is an official recovery though. When you sent the token ID to your phone, did you not read what the screen said? It said that it will wipe your phone back to factory settings for security purposes..

Hello
First Thanks for the tool ;)
But I have a problem.
I unlocked the bootloader, and now, I can't do anything because during all manipulation with the tool, all "cmd" windows say "device not found".
I tried:
_to reinstall driver
_I put usb debugging

I doesn't work, I can't install recovery ... :(
Thanks for your help :)

hi,

sorry for the noob question, but can I use this method to root the One S with Snapdragon S3 Chip? currently, some people are reporting that they can't do hard reset or go into recovery after using other methods to root the S3 devices. But I haven't seen any reports like that on your thread.

just to make sure before I root my phone. :)

Getting strange error when using this kit. When trying to use the commands at the bottom like boot into bootloader. They never work. Even though i was afet unlocking the phone still says device not found.

Also when trying to falsh recovery. It says recovery sent but then when the phone reboots and get the htc warning(red writing at bottom of screen) then get bacl screen for about 5 seconds and then the phone just reboots without going into recovery.

Hi

Unfortunatly it seems that it doesn't work with S3. I've not been able to boot into recovery even using this All-in-One-tool.

I would like to add for those that like my toolkit, PLEASE DO NOT POST IT ELSEWHERE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

I have seen multiple sites who copy and paste my work to their site! If I do not approve of it, then do not do it! it will discourage me from adding updates since it is being used for their own benefits!

    tl;dr.

If you post my work without permission, don't expect updates!

I created an easy to use GUI program for the HTC Amaze and I decided to make one for the HTC One S. I spent a good over 10+ hours to learn how to script, watch videos on how to do it, working on it during school when I should have been listening lol and all that fun stuff. I am going to fix it and up and add more updates to it. You CAN place requests and I will try to fulfill it!

If this helped you out, Please press the thanks button and if you want, you can always donate!

    Bugs
    - Directory has to have one word.
    Ex:

Will Work. This will solve any issues if the buttons don't work when you press them.

    C:\Users\John\Dropbox\Phones\Amaze_All-In-One_Kit_V2.4

    C:\Users\John_Smith\Dropbox\Phones\Amaze_All-In-One_Kit_V2.4

Will NOT work. Your directory will look something like this and buttons won't work when you press it.

    C:\Users\John Smith\Dropbox\Phones\Amaze_All-In-One_Kit_V2.4

If you have 2 words, put the folder in Drive C:

Ex. This will solve any issues if the buttons don't work when you press them.

    C:\Amaze_All-In-One_Kit_V2.4

Looking to add in the future
