problem (downgrade) solved using 2GB Kingston MicroSD, before I've used 16GB Kingston and for some reason the downgrade stopped 3 times at the end of 1st step ( to be more exact: the animation become locked when the 1st file was partially updated )
fortunately the phone still able to complete the 1st step using 2GB MicroSD

(wifi on, many backup restore, some 3G "tour" on Play Store...now it's like a "normal phone" )now the phone placed on my desk can detect the "Hutchinson 3G" (my usual operator) slightly like every other phone
. The "baseband" isn't the "4020..." ( I don't remember the exact number) that I've seen on every mod but "203026"(I also have one Samsung android phone and the "basebands" can be changed

"Preferred network mode" does not work: if the phone is in roaming and I set "WCDMA Only" the network is detached and the phone try to connect on 3G home network...but if Hutchinson 3G is not available the phone goes in 2G roaming...
