I almost done everything from this list, but I've stuck at this step:

PH85IMG.zip should always be placed on EXTERNAL sd card and then flashed by rebooting into bootloader and following the prompts (volume up after detection)

Yes. I've done that. What I can't get - how should I install Energy ROM by itself? Do I need to rename file into the PH85IMG.zip? I've already tried to done that - but no luck. It started to upload, but didn't update anything.

if you've already flashed the PH85IMG.zip then flash 4ext recovery and then flash this rom as you would have done with the gingerbread rom...

as in, once you have updated your firmware to ICS, then all you have to do is flash custom recovery, then flash this rom... if you're still locked, then you'll have to unlock first... but I believe you must be locked to flash the PH85IMG.zip... (only if you're not s-off)

have you tried uninstall/reinstall? wipe the apps data first, before uninstalling!

I have NOT tried to re flash the ROM yet, I can.
How do you wipe the apps data before uninstalling?

settings > apps > downloaded > gmail > clear data

then uninstall with titanium, or maybe you could try titaniums "integrate into rom" feature that would make the latest update of gmail into system app instead of user... not sure if that will work, but it can't hurt to try... nandroid, just in case =)

I think it might be a good idea to give you a post on the first page where you can post the tweaks and keep them updated. Maybe let me go through them and make sure they don't conflict with the stuff I do to the ROM. I'll download the tweaks today and take a deeper look.

Yep and just looked at them... it needs a cleanup

Plus I'm going to incorporate the better Sensation camera software in the next release anyway.

yes it does

i used kiten to make battery icon and blue smiley faces also added the cratoonish icon look at pics

also you have to get the framework-res.apk from using root explorer System / Framework if you need more help PM me

I know you mentioned this before about how to get the captive lights back..but it didn't work for me!! Correct me if I'm wrong..you said to go to the tweeks app..and set them on automatic and the reboot. Did you mean the energy tweeks or something else I have to do? Because this is didn't do it for me!! Or if there is any other way to do it that you're aware of . Your help is highly appreciated.

Someone a few pages back informed that the 6/06 was having problems connecting with Ford Sync. I can confirm this problem (my system is the most basic one, not sure if there would be a difference with other Sync models). Every other Bluetooth device I have is working flawlessly. I was able to reconnect to Sync using the following steps (not the most elegant of solutions but worked):
1) Using Titanium, backup Bluetooth Pairings
2) Perform a full Nandroid backup
3) Wipe and flash Energy 4/29 Rom (stock should also work)
4) Restore Bluetooth pairings in Titanium
5) Perform Bluetooth pairing with Sync
6) Backup Bluetooth Pairings in Titanium
7) Wipe and restore Nandroid backup
8) Restore Bluetooth pairings in Titanium.
