Weird no mention of it at Engadget or any other tech site. Rogers got their 4.0.4 today for their GS2.
I've been on LD4 for a month and love it. Can't wait to get off work and flash the new one!

No source, assume dangerous.

Question tho, why not package it with cherry picker or another kernel that would be compatible as well? Or am I missing something . Just asking. Is this kernel just your personal preference?
Edit: when I click the download link for the rom, I get...

Well it isn't really a leak any more since it has a source-built kernel, it's kind of a hybrid.

The source-built hybrid is safe. Assume the full leak is dangerous until source code gets posted and can be reviewed - even then I wouldn't trust it until someone officially declares that it has a fix in (like someone said for the T989 release).

Downloaded,

Extracted with ES file explorer,

Loaded each file into Mobile Odin pro. Selected wipe data, cache, and dalvic.

Rebooted and running fine.

Plugged it into the pc. Kies reports its the latest.

Don't wipe if using the official kernel. The source-built kernel in the hybrid should be OK.

Would they be so naive to release a malfunctioning "final" version?
