2430Mah battery (same size as stock)

Actually the weight difference can be explained by the fact the official battery has a temp monitor built in and the gold battery does not.
Uhm so what about this battery? I was about to buy it but I'm also really skeptical regarding this cheap things, especially batteries.
Summary:
- some noticed no difference
- some noticed a difference but then quality degraded after a few months of use
I have 2 gold batterys one has deteriorated pretty quick the other works fine. Good back up battery and i recharge using solar power so i wouldn't wanna use my official battery in case i fried it.

I bought this battery nearly 2 months ago, I thougt it would be really better than than the original one, but nothing :
With original rom, betwin 14H and 24H using the phone for internet 30 min to 1h30 and sms and calls of 20 min max.
With MIUI, CM7, CM9 roms, no more than 16H of work
(ril and baseband correct)
Coming from I9000 Galaxy S, I'm desapointed...

how can you be disapointed? this phone has more than twice the speed of the galaxy s, you cant have everything, if battery lifes so important buy a nokia which is crappy, but battery lasts longer XD

I've bought this one too and it's maybe only a slightly bit better; 30~ minutes gain compared to the stock one maybe?

Mugen batteries are true and they work longer.

well i have this battery and it has done it for me for over half a year already, after recently calibrating the battery, and i am using "[JB][CM10][Hackfest] CM10 for LGP990!" from Benee with Harsh's kernel, when i ordered this battery from ebay.co.uk together with two or was it three of the same batteries for HTC Desire HD all of them including me didn't need to recharge the phone doing the day compared to the stock one and they r still as good as back when i bought them.
So i dunno how much fake they actually r, bcs it's working for me and hope they will for the future aswell, but using a battery everyday ofc it does down performance wise all of them to do in time, some just faster than others, but with the price of max 10 pounds, i don't see the big yelling about why it don't work as good as the original, battery bcs u ain't using that one

I wonder How can someone construct on the same physics Space a battery with almost 1000maH more than the original one.
Can´t seer how it should be possible.
Here where I live, when AA rechargeable batterys began being used, in little time appeared on the market batteries with double, triple of the capacity produced by SONY batteries for example. ALL this batteries were not what they promisse, the durability of this 3000mah batteries were worst than Sony original 2000maH batteries...

Because it's lithium polymer not lithium ion. Lithium polymers can be the same size or even smaller while holding higher capacities. This one definitely doesn't seem to actually hit the 1000mah extra for me, but it seems to be another 300-500mah so it's better.

3Since i upgraded from my htc dream which had a custom japan made 2430 Mah battery iv been searching for the same thing for my O2x and iv found it.

Its the same asize as the original battery so no gay larger backs for the phone just longer life and more time gaming and browsing, just dont buy them all ill be getting one in a couple of days.
Since they have the tech to put more power into small sized batterys it makes me wonder why these big phone makers dont use these higher capacity batterys instead of giving you some peice of **** that barely lasts a few hours of real use.2
There's a level of respect and decor that you should maintain in this forum. It makes me wonder if you're some hired salesman from ECell, but that's just speculation and not an accusation.
