See if there is a brightness toggle on the pull down menu. The I9300 got that in a ota.

So far from what I can see, it has a new kernel, Modem, and removed the universal search feature.
Didn't want to put this in a development section since I am not a dev but wanted to share.
This morning I received an OTA updated on my I747, that Updated my kernel and Modem. I went from UCLEM to UCLG1
Here is what changed
Old Medem and Kernel
New kernel and Modem
ummm....maybe I'm missing something but I don't see a single difference between your old and new screenshots...
Opps give me a sec, Ill update first post. I didnt name the files in photobucket haha
So, since this "update" didn't include any of the bug fixes or new features that the international got, and only RIPPED out the search device feature to appease Apple, I see ZERO reason to update. I'll be staying on my rooted UCALEM stock for a while (until CM10 draws its first breath)
On another note, before I go looking, does someone know how to permanently ignore the update notifications if you choose to postpone?

I believe you freeze device management through titanium back-up
GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk does work and fixes the searching, but once you reboot it goes away and needs to be installed again. Is there a fix for this?
Is there a way to flash the kernel and baseband from this OTA only? Assuming they might provide improvements.Hey.... How did you get the weather in your notification bar?

Yes, you are still able to root after the update. I rooted and installed aokp then Odin back to stock.I looked through the thread an couldn't find an answer. I saw that you could maintain root; But I am not rooted now. If I update with the recent ota will I be able to root after that?
