You are right in what you say. but this rom with camera working has cwg kernell therefore the performance of the rom is like cwg rom but with cyano looks. the other rls 1 is cyano, this is a patch

    How to Install ?
    1. Put the file you've downloaded to SDCard (Including GApps)
    2. Reboot to Clockworkmod Recovery Mod
    3. Install ZIP from SDCard
    4. Choose the CM7 firstly
    5. After flash this, flash GApps next
    6. Enjoy
