Standard disclaimer... I'm not responsible if you break anything.

This radio combo should work with functional WiFi and Bluetooth as well as resolve the random reboots in the ICS leak.
A bunch of people have reported that this combo resolved their issues. My LiquidDesensed seems to be running bug free after using this combo.

Radio Combo: 2.11.605.19 CDMA/7.00.605.2 LTE

Place zip on root of SDCard.
Boot to hboot and flash
Wipe Cache/Wipe Dalvik

Let me know if this resolves your issues. I'm curious if it works for others as well.

Here is a full set of current HTC Thunderbolt radios. These are all the radios that would work well with GB releases and possibly the ICS leak. I always have trouble finding the downloads so I compiled a list here to make it easy.

2.11.605.3 MD5: aa871dbc3e2551d0fded2b019db9951d

LTE 0.02.00.0312r MD5: cd3f81b9b61f034933ad344ee98ae43a

NOTES:
Avoid using the 7.00.605.2 CDMA radio as it is the most likely cause of the ICS leak frequent reboots.
The 7.00.605.2 LTE radio is required for the ICS leak if you want bug free WiFi and Bluetooth.
The 2.11.605.19 and 2.11.605.9 CDMA radios are the recommended radios for the ICS leak.

A lot of my apps r force closing now. Would that be related to the radio. This is also on the normal ICS radio

Try fixing permissions or even clearing caches. Fixing permissions is probably what it needs.

These the radios give me the feeling I want to chance going back and see how my phone feels. I really like ICS on the Thunderbolt thanks to Liquid and [SP]Jester. Looking for all the good comments :)

While using this radio my phone kept rebooting itself on each rom I tried using (including 3.6 leak, and desensed), it would reboot itself during a phone call, after installing an application from the market, after a random set of time, it made it very unstable. I had to revert back to .19 and now everything is fine again.

Been running this radio combo on Liquid ICS for about 2hr with no reboots. The original leak radio had me rebooting quick and often while at home so I'm cautiously optimistic.

Giving this a shot with 2.11.605.19 ROM to see if it resolves the frequent data disconnect issue. Crossing fingers.

Been running this on Liquid ICS since this morning with no reboots and decent battery life.

That's with 3.5hr screen on time (66% battery use). I can live with that.

Loaded up just fine and so far no random reboots that I'm aware of. Battery life is still piss poor. Damn that kernel! Took a 4 hour nap earlier today and it was at 95% when I went to sleep. Woke up and it was down to 69%. Screen off, unplugged, just laying in the bed next to me. :\

You can download "setCPU" or a free version app just like it and change the settings for screen off to min CPU: 245 & Max CPU: 245 to help conserve some battery life.

I just re-packed them so they'd be easy to flash :good:

I haven't had as many data drops on the mr3 ics and those are probably because the ril is still a work in progress. I ordered a new sim the other day hoping that may help some but i doubt it will. If that doesn't help I'm going to issue a ticket to verizon for a possible issue with the cell tower.
