I just placed it into \System\Apps in the zip before I pushed it to my phone and installed, BOOM it was there.

See easy as pie

Now another issue... Anyone else getting two toggle rows and two brightness adjusters? One of my brightness adjusters is all whacked out and keeps going all the way bright and I can't get it to stay at one place.
Dman?? Any insight into these issues along with the one I posted earlier?

I had the same issue with the 2 toggle rows. The issue is one is CM and one is AOKP (I think).

1. System --> Notification Drawer --> Power Widget
2. Rom Control --> Toggles

Disable the one you don't like.

Also dman3285, would flashing the updated 4.2 gapps have anything to do with me getting a constant "Storage space running out" message in my status bar? Market wouldn't allow me to download any new apps or update. Just trying to determine if this is something only I am experiencing and whether I need to restore from my last backup. :D

I just got rid of all my toggles and am using "Power Toggles". Pretty sure it was you in another thread that recommended it like 100 years ago ;)
No swagger, though...

Just disable it in one of the settings. I would use rom control for all this settings. no need to enable in settings and rom control.

Yeah I've been using power toggles from a while back when I found it and posted it.
I would try some suggestions but I've already went back to the other PA for now

    Due to a request from PA Team to take down ParanoidPreferences, from v16.1.0 forward I exclude ParanoidPrefereances.apk from the ROM.

    But the framework still support it, so if you still want to use PA settings, then get it somewhere else & use it at your own responsibility.

    Do not put a link to ParanoidPreferences,apk in this thread !!! do it somewhere else.

    To all porters & compilers, please strip down your rom, remove ParanoidPreferences.apk from there.
    Use the new Setting.apk to prevent FC when there is no ParanoidPreferences.apk inside the ROM
