It's not. I simply have a lot of work aside from PA.
Anyway the v2.54 will be released later today, it's in building process as we speak.

First time trying to flash a ROM, coming from stock ICS with CWM 6 installed.
I select "choose zip from internal sdcard", find the rom file on my microsd card, and confirm. I then get:

E:unknown volume for path/emmcpa_6210..etc
E: Can't mount /emmc...etc

What am I doing wrong?

If I do that and browse to the external SDcard, it shows the wrong files. I had an SD card that went corrupt on me, then replaced it. Browsing this way shows the file structure of that old SDcard. If I choose the internal sdcard option it shows the files on the actual sdcard, but can't load them

Sent from my GT-P6200 using xda app-developers app

Tried to flash v2.54 over v2.50, but the zip file did not work.
Anyone succeed?

Had exactly the same problem. I than checked checksum using WinMD5 and voila it was different.
I copied again to SD card, checked again checksum and after recocnizing checksum was right the flash worked.

"choose zip from internal sdcard" is the correct way of doing

A while back, I had a problem flashing, because I'd installed by accident wrong CWM (for different device).
Just an idea.....
