Just flashed. Loving it so far. Will report experience.

Thus far, loving the aosp browser(much needed :D)

And super smooth. (Kernel is dope!)

Thanks op!! I knew there would be awesome devs on this device but I totally didn't expect a custom ROM in the first week(u rock  )

Any issues I find(doubt it, optimist) I will kindly report.

Piece of mind for Cwm recovery users. I used the modded version. Flashed via adb(cuz I unlocked, flashed recovery, but forgot to put supersu on my sd first) and whenever I booted to recovery winxp saw my device as a "nexus 10" with no drivers of course(which means no sideload:eek:.) So I ended up flashing the rooted image of manta then fastboot flashing the "fixed cwm touch recovery" which works perfectly thus far. But I never started random threads or asked invalid questions (I've had a few:beer::beer::beer:)

Anyway point is Cwm is safe for now(if you used/have modded version) and this ROM is awesome. Nuff rambling :p

Thank you for fixing the Logitech unifying receiver support. I am really looking forward to it.
Could you post the stock kernel from the original nexus 10 firmware, in case we need to switch back?

Anyone try headphones. Mine doesn't play anything through headphones. Even though they are plugged in sound plays through loudspeaker. Going to try the new kernel see if that works. Can anyone confirm if its a bug?

Momu, i just tried it using the newest kernel and headphone jack works fine... I believe the headphone jack is actually a physical switch to tell it to use headphone or speaker.. if yours isn't working make sure to warranty that before its too late

I'll try flashing stock and see first as I had formatted my system by accident after getting bootloops trying to root. I was still in recovery and adb pushed this rom to avoid having to download the stock firmware. Im hoping that's the reason. If not I'm sending this info about the defect to a few sites if they don't at least provide me with a new cover when they become available for the trouble.

Do any of you find it hard to plug and unplug your headphone jack.

Found a different set of headphones and they work fine. I guess all headphones don't work with it for some reason as the headphones work fine in my Skytocket.

Any love for this (11/18) kernel separate zip for those of us on the stock rom?

Just flashed the latest build and trying to get NFS/cifs working. The mounted files only displays in the terminal, but not with any file managers. Any ideas on how to get it working?

I did a factory reset and dalvik wipe, but I get the following when trying to flash the zip in cwm 6.0.1.8:

Code:
symlink: some symlinks failed
E: Error in /sdcard/0/full_manta-otg-eng.cgomez.18112012.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.

I verified the md5sum on the device in adb shell 0f22536db42c47017f1dd5f27ccec249

EDIT: Never mind, rebooting clockwork recovery fixed it. Must have messed up the mounts when wiping somehow.

How did you get that far? Every time I try using cifsManager I get an invalid argument option, in MountManager it says no such file or directory.

Can't get it going on the console either, both these command give me invalid argument. I have tried /data/media/0/cifs/storage4, /sdcard/cifs/storage4. Triedspecifiying username/password. Nothing is showing up in the dmesg or /proc/kmsg
mount -t nfs hextor:/mnt/storage4 /mnt/cifs/storage
mount -t cifs //hextor/storage4 /mnt/cifs/storage4

Actually dmesg does show:
CIFS VFS: Connecting to DFS root not implemented yet
for the command:
mount -t cifs -o username=theuser,password=thepass //hextor/storage4 /data/media/0/cifs/storage4/

If it's possible to get it mounted anywhere, a 'mount -o bind' might work to make it accessible somewhere else...

Been fighting cifs all day, was originally compiling my own modules until I found out busybox was borked.

Any idea if you will be able to fix Restore function for Google, so all apps get reloaded and such?

This is my very own personally maintained custom ROM for the Nexus 10 (manta) called Lollipopalooza!! It is an AOSP (Android Open Source Project) 5.x based ROM with a simple aim... add a few useful features to AOSP without deviating too much.

    MInHon9.png

This will be a spin-off of my previous Nexus 10 ROM ThunderKat, but from scratch and obviously based on Android 5.x.

I don't expect this to compete with the big boys (CyanogenMod, AOKP, Paranoid Android and the like) and this ROM will have a considerably limited feature-set compared to them. If you want a lot of customisations and configurations, they are definitely the way to go.

Please note that since this is a fully de-odexed ROM, it will take a while to boot up the first time. Please follow the installation instructions carefully.

IMPORTANT: Since I no longer own this device, I have not tested this. In my opinion it should work just fine since I am using the same code-base for my Nexus 9 builds, but if you are not sure, wait for feedback from others who are brave enough to take the plunge.

Due to my limited availability, I will now no longer support builds older than 2015/05/23

    Changelog:
    1. Update to Android AOSP 5.1.1_r14 (LMY48M)
    2. Includes stagefright exploit fixes
    3. Update to Layers Type 3
    4. Multi-toggle Location QuickSettings tile (toggles between the different location modes - Off -> Sensors Only -> Battery Saving -> High Accuracy)

    Layers/RRO Themes Info:
    1. Join the BitSyko Google+ Community for the latest information and themes
    2. Download the Layers Manager app to install/uninstall/preview Layers/RRO themes
    3. Visit this XDA thread for a comprehensive list of Layers/RRO themes
    4. Send a positive shoutout to the Layers Team for their awesome work

    Older Changelogs:

    2015/05/23
    1. Update to Android AOSP 5.1.1_r3 (LMY48B)
    2. Updated proprietary files and binaries from stock LMY47V ROM
    3. Layers/RRO 2.1 updates
    4. A lot of Layers/RRO legacy code cleanup
    5. Enhanced AOSP Launcher3 from OptiPop with features like customisable grid size, hide/show search bar & materialised settings
    6. Updated ARM Google Apps Pack as of 2015/05/23
PLEASE FLASH THE Lollipopalooza_aosp_manta-LMY48B-20150523-BuildPropFix.zip IMMEDIATELY AFTER FLASHING THIS ROM. THIS WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED FOR THIS BUILD.

    2015/04/24
    1. Prefer Google WebView over AOSP WebView because AOSP WebView is older, but automatically fallback to AOSP WebView if Google WebView is not installed.
