New Build is up!

Build III requires a FULL WIPE.

Please Wipe the following:
DATA
CACHE
DALVIK CACHE
BATTERY STATS

and or if on AOSP wipe:
SYSTEM
DATA
CACHE
DALVIK CACHE
BATTERY STATS

This build is RC; the next build will be the Final for Version 1.0.

(Upcoming changelog! Whoo! Pay attention!):

The next build will be a Cleanup Build to finalize the Release.

Flashing Help:
1. Download for your device
2. Put on device
3. Reboot into Recovery (Power + Vol Up, then once on Vol Up [While OFF])
4. Wipe Cache
5. Wipe Data
6. Wipe Battery Stats (Advanced)
7. Wipe Dalvik Cache (Advanced)
8. Flash Elements HD Build 3
9. Reboot (No wipes!)
10. Power off (It SHOULD bootloop or get stuck)
11. Reboot Recovery (Power + Vol Up, then once on Vol Up [While OFF])
12. (DO NOT WIPE) Flash Elements HD Build 3
13. Reboot (DO NOT WIPE)

Summed up:
- Wipe, Flash, and Flash again.

wheew. 600MB is biig biig. downloading it anyway. XD thanks again. i will go back to cm/custom rom when the camera is sane there. for now, sticking with your rom XD

edit: i'm failing to flash the file. failed with status 0.

Downloading as we speak. If you have an error, have you attempted to open the archive with ZArchiver to verify it works?

it was my battery life. the installation stopped half way because of the battery. the size of the .zip is also a concern here. it takes too long to install.

I downloaded without issue, opened to verify, and then flashed. It went a lot faster than the last install, but hasn't gone past the boot screen. Trying again.

Same outcome.

My download did not have the error yet did not boot. Restored to a backup, charging now. Will try again later. Unless I some how missed the error.

Came from CM9, followed instructions above and wouldn't boot. Wiped everything, flashed twice and all that. I did an Odin back to stock ICS and followed instructions above and everything went perfect. Running rock solid so far. Awesome work. Thanks!
