How long does it normal take a Nexus 10 to ship?

The told me it would be shipped within 2-3 weeks and mine arrived the next morning.

Same issue here. Ordered 16gb on 24th. Tracking number on 30th with no updates so far. Rep I spoke to said they would investigate and let me know in 24-48 hrs.

It feels like they printed a bunch of shipping labels and then realized they didn't have any in stock or something. I hope they make this right. At least shipping refund with overnight delivery when they finally have some in stock.

My case

I ordered 16G on Nov 29 and got tracking number on the same day. My bank account got charged on Nov 29 also. But UPS tracking page has no update since then. It seems they haven't passed the shipment to UPS facility yet. No idea when it can be delivered...

google's delivery service worst ever...

I order my Nexus 10 on Nov 23.
On Nov 29, i got another mail from google that it is shipped.
Didn't received any update on UPS tracking number for couple of days so contacted google support on Dec 3. Said they will see what went wrong in 24-48 hrs, but i was lied again. I didnt get any information from them.
So called them today (Dec 5) and they said "your order is in it's processing stage"

This is the worst service i have ever had in my life.

It was supposed to be a gift.. now its more than late.

google support and google delivery service both sucks big time.

Finally, one week after receiving tracking code, the UPS site updates with some information. Delivery is expected for today :good:. I was already planning on giving google a call this afternoon if nothing had changed.

I ordered a replacement on the 27th. Got a shipping notice from Google on the 30th. Got a notice from UPS on the 30th that a label had been created, then nothing. I called Google 3 times,they said it definitely shipped the 30th. I called UPS yesterday and they said there definitely was not even a pickup scan. Called Google and emailed some more and it was forwarded to a '3rd tier specialist' yesterday. Got a notice from UPS this morning it would be delivered today. It had an origin scan of 12:38am this morning in Kentucky and 6 hours later it was in my state on the truck out for delivery.

Something screwy going on here. After all this I just hope the replacement isn't worse than the one I sent back.

ordered on the 2nd December and got it on the 5th. But I'm in the UK , and also ordered with two day shipping

Update. Just got email from Google after contacting with them many times, it is expected to arrive by end of today. And UPS tracking status has updated as well...

I ordered mine sunday 2-12-2012 and it is now out for delivery says ups but it is already 5 hours on that status :'( but why do i need to care lol it is shipping to some friend of my dad so it can be picked up later this month

I looked at the UPS tracking number this morning and it was in my hometown and they delivered it today. Hopefully, the rest of you who are waiting will have the same luck...so far it appears to be worth the wait...

My replacement finally came today too. No flex or popping in the rear cover. The light bleed is about 50% worse than the one I sent back. The box had no tape at all. Screw it. I'm not going through anymore replacements. I still like this one and I'll keep it. I won't be buying direct from Google again.

Still reading these threads. I ordered a 32GB version on 12/7. At that time the advertised shipping was between 1 and 2 weeks. I emailed the other day because I noticed that the N10 32GB went to "out of stock" on the play store and was worried that some might be back ordered. The current estimate I have, is that mine will ship on 12/19. I swear... if I don't get it on 12/21, the world will just end.

P.S. In case this is region based, I ordered with a billing address in New England and a shipping address in Alabama.

I ordered the 32 GB on 12/5 and nothing yet in terms of shipping etc. It said ships in less than a week. Apparently that was false. I don't really care as long as its here before Christmas.
