thanks for the time and effort you put into this easy to use software.

I'm Thinking about rooting my Htc one s but i have 2 questions.

I'm running stock 4.0 android and i guess there will be an update to android 4.1 in some time. Do i keep the possibility to do an over the air upgrade after i have rooted my phone?

And what do i need to backup before i start the process of rooting my phone?

I believe you need too at least have the stock recovery for installing the update.

Personally I'd wait for the devs to get hold of it to fix it and optimize it because we all know when it comes to tweaking software HTC are ****e!

I get a FAILED message. Why is it? I want to install TWRP for S4.

If I click on the "clip", I only get jpg file. no zip files.

v3.0 Released 12-23-2012
- Major Overhaul
- Users can now select their own recovery, kernel and unlock_code.bin. You no longer need to place it in a the data folder. Just browse for it
- Removed a lot of .bat scripts and integrated it in the program
- Updated SuperSU to 0.99
- Removed CWM
- Added TWRP for the Special Edition 64GB model
- Updated TWRP to 2.3.3.0 (S3 and S4)
- Added a few links
- Added ADB sideload (for use in TWRP)

This Update took FOREVER to do, but I did it for you guys!!!

Download is in Post 2.

Absolutely fantastic sir. Although I use the manual method have been a big fan of your work. This will definitely help new users and having added TWRP will make a big difference. I wish other devs would remove cwm also. Nice Job--
