CleanROM 4.0 is uploading!


Lots of feedback went into this ROM! I think I actually pushed the limits of my skills.

Its nice....

Please hit "Thanks" if you are wantin' to see it! I would love to see 23K before upload and maybe 25K in the near future.

I dont get paid to do this other than the pure enjoyment I get from my Thanks and Downloads meter going up. Help a brother with Thanks :good:

I'm still blown away by this roms battery life .And my signal is much better with the Lk7 modem. I'm poor trailor trash and I live in a FEMA camper. The previous ROM was very nice but I never could get my phone to text or call out.Now I get 2 bars enough to call and text . All is sweet thank you .Also running Perseus Kernel . Just put Seeder app on my phone and its explosive. I can't explain unless you add the app to this ROM. Works sweet

Quick question, I'm downloading 4.0 now so maybe thisll be moot by the time i upgrade.. but on the ATT SE 1.0, i always have that little red light next to the front facing camera lit and it bugs me.. anyway to kee pthat light from coming on?

Loving the rom otherwise! thank you!

I would have that on depending on which menu I was on. I believe it stays on to detect motion. IE: the feature where you put your face to the phone and it calls when you are on the contact page. Just mess with your motion features and it should go off.

my external internal sd swap patch doesnt work with this rom... anyone have luck patching or running a script?

This is the first rom I've flashed to my new note 2 and I'm glad I chose the right rom. It's running flawlessly. Fantastic job.

I'm gonna try clean rom 4.0 next.

I've been away on vacation for a while. I noticed 4.0 came out last night and I'm trying to decide to use the AT&T version or 4.0. Has anyone done any comparisons and can you provide a recommendation on this rom of 4.0?

I switched from stock to att to stock to 4.0 and its a great choice I found where ill be staying :D

I decided to stick with the AT&T SE rom. My only issues are with multi-view, but it sounds like those same issues exist on CR 4.0. I think it has much more to do with the limitations of the multi-view app than the roms themselves. This is my favorite rom I've ever used on any phone, Scott. It's weird saying that because my name is Scott too. The stability and battery life are phenomenal on your AT&T edition, considerably better for me than 3.5, which was good in its own right. I was at work all day yesterday. My job involves a lot of texting and emailing. I worked 8 hours from 8 to 3. I came home and played around on my phone, opening files on my computers via wifi and stuff. When I finally went to bed at midnight, the battery was at 58%. This build reminds me of the rom I finally settled on for my old AT&T Inspire called ClearDroid. The developer was a lot like you in the way he supported the rom, burning the midnight oil to make it perfect. I hated to get rid of that phone because, even though it was outdated, the rom was flawless. I am settling into this rom in the same way, and I suspect I will have a similar experience when it's time to upgrade. You come to love the things you can absolutely depend on.

    The Aroma installer was completely re-worked! Pay attention when installing!!
