It doesn't increase the binary counter.

Download here : Root

How to :
1. Download the zip and place it in the root of your sd card.
PS : SD Card is a must.
2. Reboot to the stock recovery.
3. Select install update from external storage.
4. Select the root.zip file.
5. Viola

Enjoy your rooted JB.

Note : This method has been derived from a method to root SGS2. Thanks to Phil3759 and his thread.

Reformat is not enough, repartition external sd. You have thread in xda named "partition sd card" or similiar. Do that, and recovery will read your sd. That was the problem for me on GB and TWRP before, and ir solved that.

Seriously? Can you even read?
I just can't take it anymore. Its clearly written on the thread title that it'sfor jb. In the entire first post, do you even find a mention of gb? NO. Still you ask this?

This doesn't end here. This is the first forum since my time on xda where i see junior members posting their questions on every single thread. Do you guys even search or read? You just spam threads with your questions and create new topics.

Furthermore i can even see users creating question threads in the dev forum. Are you guys so dumb that you don't understand the meaning of Android Development?
The most important rule of the entire opensource world is that you DO NOT ASK FOR ETA..!! And you guys do just that.

What more can i say. I am just annoyed.

I formated and reformated several times, and even pasting the root.zip on the pc or on the phone, i can't make it to run the root.zip on stock recovery mode.
Any clue?

Again, no reformat. Repartition. You need to remove partition, and make new one. Look.

finally
Ok, after 36h of pain, i did!
But the only way was format the sdcard with this tool: http://code.google.com/p/jelly-andro...mt3_1.zip?r=22

I tried to format on minitool partition wizard, windows, android and nothing...
After formated with sdformatter, i connected the sd directly on my sdcard slot on the laptop, and simply paste the root.zip, and inserted the sdcard on the phone again. Surprise!!! The phone found the root.zip and now i am feeling good again lol.
Thanks for all those who helps.
*sorry for bizarre english
