@pengus77, first or all I would like to thank you and to congratulate you for your awesome work, you have really breathed new life into our O2X !

Your latest kernel performs very nicely, but I found a small glitch. When you set LED brightness in Kowalski Manager, the brightness gets set to the lowest level after the first screen-off, but if you enter the Manager, the brightness setting is still set to the old value.

It happened to me too once right now and it's a random behaviour. I think it's because the settings are pushed too soon, before the driver ends the initialization. Adding a short delay may fix it

In the meantime i guess you can live with it hehehehe easier from the app than from the terminal for sure

Word.
The app provides a whooping lifetime saver hehe

Shouldn't be, but we didn't really have the time to test it on ICS yet. It's installed in /system/app so you could try extracting it and move it to /data/app to check if that fixes it on ICS. Let me know. If it works, we'll update the next installers to place it in /data instead of /system.

I personally use 1024 for both, but it's a matter of taste. Try what suits best your phone usage
Kernel default is 256. Stock LG kernel is 128.

Great work! I am following every day this thread....

just one thing:
Could anyone of you implement a back to default settings button in the app? I am that kind of person who easily forgets numbers

P.S.: Don't forget to update the Thread name... I nearly missed the great news of today
