Thx in advance

It is safe. Are you sure you upgraded to 906? Because it wouldn't be rebooting. Keep in mind unless you use Kexec the kernel will be the version stock ROM you have initially flashed.

Hmm. OK well I don't know whats up unless it says 906 for the ROM base. Idk. It is acting like it is for the wrong kernel.

I see, I'll try flashing up after I got home. Need to back some data up first. I'll report how its going afterwards.

Thank you in advance.

echo 1 400000000 32 >/proc/overclock/mpu_opps
echo 0 200000000 26 >/proc/overclock/mpu_opps

As stated in the second post, those values are valid only for my specific CPU.
The silicon in your phone will almost certainly not work with them.

Instead start with the default settings (also present in the 02overclock script as a set of comments) and try adding clockspeed or removing voltage in steps to see what is/isn't stable on your CPU.

See defaults below :-
# Default clock/vmm values for reference
#echo 3 1000000000 61 >/proc/overclock/mpu_opps
#echo 2 800000000 55 >/proc/overclock/mpu_opps
#echo 1 600000000 43 >/proc/overclock/mpu_opps
#echo 0 300000000 26 >/proc/overclock/mpu_opps

Hello, first I would like to thank Thingonaspring for this awesome rom,I love it,I have just started on the modding side of android,so I am a modding noob, and was wondering where I could find the lockscreen at,as I really like the lockscreen of the 2.3.6 rom ,and seeing as Thingonaspring was so nice to deodex it for us I was hopping I could just pull it from that rom and place it in this one ,or do I have to decompile an .apk to do that?
Any and all help would be very much appreciated, thank you

Hiya, the lockscreen is in Settings.apk.
I'm currently taking a look at the 2.3.6 with the hope of making a new minimoto based on it, but it's a lot of work, so won't be very soon.

We're all happily (and impatiently) waiting.

Wifi thether doesn't work?
Hi, first off I wanna say I love this ROM. My battery life is leaps and bounds better than the last ROM I used, so thanks!!

I just went to setup wifi tether in anticipation of this New England blizzard, and I noticed the wifi tether app from Playstore doesn't work (Verizon hotspot page comes up when trying to browse web). If it makes a difference, it did work on the previous ROM (Eclipse).

Can anyone advise if they got wifi tether working, and if so how? Perhaps the radio hack method?

Thanks in advance for any advice...

Hi everyone,

I've never installed a custom rom and am afraid, but would like to give this one a try. Does anyone have an procedures on how to do it? How would I get back to stock if I don't like it?

Are these the steps?

1. Root using one-click root [http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1240130]
2. Install Safestrap [http://blog.hash-of-codes.com/how-to-safestrap]
3. Enable Safestrap
4. Download ROM from [http://devhost.xda-developers.com/bI1]
5. Reboot and enter safestrap by pressing the menu button at the splash screen
6. Create a new ROM slot in SS3 (how?), activate that slot (how?), wipe data (how?), then install the ZIP (save it to any place on the phone and run?
7. What's next? How do I install the ROM?
