didn't work :/ got boot looped. flashing new fw, hope Titanium backups will save me...
Doesn't work, unfortunately!
I was really happy to find this mod, but when I flashed the files, I got stuck at the Samsung logo.
Tried multiple times, each time I had to recover from Nandroid Backup.
I am on a rooted Stock N7100XXDLK7 odexed firmware.
Tried flashing with CWM and Mobile Odin.
Please help me!?
MOD: I thought I was on a DLK7, but that was my 'Baseband-version'.
I am actually using build N7100XXDMA6.
Will there be a DMA6 version of the modded framework?

Are you on the latest XXDMA6 with radio XXDLK7 or you are on the oldest XXDLK7? Look good.
Haha, I found out I'm actually on a XXDMA6. Sorry about that.
None of the currently released mods are compatible with this one, are they?

Damn, that's too bad! I used to be on XXALJ1 and had another mod installed, and I kind of got used to having most of my apps in the flashbar... Guess we will just have to wait for it...

I decided to do what you said and flashed (dirty) the deodexed version of mda6 and then the ll4 mod, and it worked perfectly! Thanks!

I was really happy that I didn't have to restore all my backups from Titanium Backup and set up all of my accounts again. I had just done that when I updated from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2...

You have to use the one from the GT-N7105 part of the forum I suppose. I am running that on my deodexed DMA8 and it is working fine. But I think it will not work on the odexed DMA8

The version for DLL4 works on deodexed ZSDMA6, but stops when the Note connects to AllShare Cast Dongle. As soon as I switch off AllShare, MultiWindow works again. I think the same will happen in case of wired HDMI-connection instead of AllShare (I`ll check tomorrow).

- The Framework Hacks: Low-level (smali) edits to some parts of the framework, there are no side-effects, and you don't have to reenter your accounts after installing the mod. This part is the most important part, the additional mod communicates with the control app.

Q: Why do I have FlashStatusBar service FC?
A: Most probably because you have installed a mod (transparent for example), the solution would be to use any root capable file manager, and go to data/data and delete the folder named com.sec.android.app.FlashBarService, reboot then try again.
Q: Okay, what if I want to install this mod on a supported, but odexed base?
A: Install the framework files, then use a root capable file manager, and go to /system/app and delete FlashBarService.odex. Then go to /system/framework and delete services.odex as well, and that's it.
NOTE: I have tried this personally, and it worked for me. But many users are reporting that they are stuck at Samsung logo. So try at your own risk, and make sure to backup.
