Sorry. Spoke too soon. Crashes every time now. After crashing it opens the intents menu. Had to go back to the pre alpha build.

Ah. Well poop. Which program do you recommend to use for logs?
I'll check Dropbox now.

The intent menu is so you can send me a crash log. Did you try the latest beta? I've been uploading new versions all day.
Do you have a version I can test out? Plugging/unplugging the charger still causes it to spas out like crazy. I think the lux lite beta you posted a few pages back is better than the paid version on playstore.
No, sorry. Is there a way to buy you app with PayPal?

Latest beta fixes that notification issue. I can see what's causing your weird flickering issue, but I have no idea why it happens. I'm still investigating, but so far it seems like a ROM based issue.Another bug I found w/ the beta paid version.
-uncheck persistent notification
-close settings window
-open dashboard
-close dashboard
-kill all recent apps --> Lux will get killed because lack of perisistent notification but will restart
-when it restarts --> notification will reappear
Anybody else getting this issue?
Btw, I'm still still getting a crazy spastic series of screen flickering most likely due to the fact that lux gets killed and restarts repeatedly usually when the charger is plugged in but sometimes even when the sensor is covered or it is too dark.
I tried out a different autobrightness app and realized that it too was going crazy but i think it is more basic and doesnt ignore 0lux readings and so it was flickering between 0 and 6 lux. It's possible that my light sensor is too sensitive and so the app doesnt know whether it should ignore 0lux and set to max brightness or that it is actually just super dark. I hope that makes sense.
It shouldn't.

I using an OG while I RMA my N4, and it has the same issue I was having w/the N4. Looks like SwipePad conflicts on this phone as well.
Lux only seems to be problematic if SwipePad has a hotspot activated in the top (corners).
This has been an issue with my phones for weeks now. I had narrowed it down to a SwipePad conflict with Vito, but not to the point of which hotspot caused the issue. This was driving me mad until the beta build which with root access on the N4 was fixed. THANK YOU!
Have yet to see an accessible version with root access, look forward to not having to choose one over the other.
