Had that issue too on another rom. It sucks but after wiping caches, re flashing kernel and what not what eventually fixed it for me was resetting perseus kernel to default settings. Ymmv

I am using saber kernel with zero issue other than that occasional missing battery stats. I really don't need them and it's not worth it to re flash and possibly muck up my devices sweet spot.

Yes it will work just fine. This rom is 4.1.2 make sure you flash you carrier files also.

After reading some posts on here to answer my question i just wanted to verify i am correct.

since this is based on an international note 2 there is no way to have icons to differentiate between LTE and HSPA+?

so if you are on LTE or HSPA+ it will show up as 4G no matter what?

and does anyone know anyway around this?
