But in a nutshell, it means to make a really CLEAN install of your new ROM, and one of the most important steps of this method is formatting /system folder. As you can see now, you only removed the dust from your ROM. )) That was not a clean install.

Looking forward to your reply. Good luck, man!

pepoluan made a great effort in this topic "going Pristine" This will be a long procedure and will take sometime, i will need to be focused to make sure I didn't make any stupid mistakes like before, as a result I will do it in the weekend not tomorrow , and still i will update you with the results

That was just for your future reference, so that you can fully understand what "going Pristine" means and how is it done.

But you don't need to fully follow that tutorial in order to get your phone working properly. This is why I posted that semi-pristine, but still very efficient, method to get things done.

So, if I were you, I would follow arsradu's tutorial (who the hell is that guy anyway, huh? ) ) from a few posts before and I would make some time these days to at least read the full tutorial posted by pepoluan. Sounds good? :P

And by the way...we all make mistakes. But the most stupid and most common mistake we make...is actually not to make one.

Anyway, make sure you've got the correct Gapps (it would be wise to download the ones suggested in this thread).

As for cleaning, I would suggest the following steps to be followed (all of them are mandatory):

From CWM:

Main menu

  • clear data/factory reset
Main menu -> Advanced menu
  • clear dalvik cache
  • go back to Main menu
Main menu -> Mounts & Storage menu
  • format /system
  • format /sdcard (be careful NOT to format the external_sd)
  • go back to Main menu
Main menu -> install zip from sdcard
  • choose zip from sdcard/ choose zip from external_sdcard (depending on where you have the ROM and Gapps stored)
  • flash the ROM
  • flash Gapps
  • go back to Main menu
Main menu
  • reboot system now

This will be easy and can be done tomorrow

So, if I were you, I would follow arsradu's tutorial (who the hell is that guy anyway, huh? ) )

He is a guy concerned and ready to help, that's more than enough for me

PPPoE is Point-to-point protocol over Ethernet. You can google search it for more info.
