Re: PARANOIDANDROID 3.1 (4.2.2) | Only Rom on Android capable of Hybrid mode
@Aaron,

I don't know if this is PA or kernel related. Metallice has tried to fix it in his latest build but it still occurs.
On the 3G model many people are reporting, myself included. The data connection drops for no apperant reason. The only fix is to reboot the tablet.
This has happened on your last two night lies. This does not affect WiFi operation only data. It is happening on several different carriers.

Cheers, FReaKRaNT

Just to report: I don't use my mobile data daily but when I do I stream music non stop at an hour minimum and I haven't had any 3g problems, default kernel.

No idea, I can't test things like this my self. The radio module is the newest one but so maybe going back would help but other than that I'm usless, I think all the phone stack is stock aosp

Aaron,

Metallist seems to this fixed in his a44 build. So it looks like it was kernel based.

Thumbs down
I think Paranoidandroid v3.10 have a problem in battery. It reduces 1% per hour. So I turn back to v.3.00. It's OK, 2 hours for 1%.

Anyone has same problem??

Battery life is definitely reduced for me as well. I'm waiting for the next update. I'm skipping the 3/4 update due to bluetooth issues.

There is 17 March update, no BT issues, battery life great, just try it.

Guess yes and +1 for me. Tablet is never in deep sleep mode. In battery stats more than 80 % is caused by android os and betterbatterystats alarms, too. Happens with kernel commin with the ROM and m kernel, too. Any advice or idea? Thx in advance
