if u install holo launcher in internal memory, it should be located in /data/app.

Re: [HOW-TO]Speed Up & Maintain| CM10 | CM10.1 | ROMs
Long term experience on JB, ics, on g.mini with these tricks - freeze-de-freeze, bloat-remove, seeder, power tweaked per app autorun, light apps, no-themes, no-scripts, automatic autokill, no-google, and al nitty-gritties.... to boost up performance as much as I can but at last I gave up only to know that our low end phone can't handle JB ain't any possible way.

But reading up this post I'm giving once again a try to dress up JB.
Maybe I would be wrong at somewhere. So I will retweak CM10.1 by Oj's way and then post the results.

Maybe we need Call Of Duty: all the master heads, users, JB lovers, devs... for a consortium (discussion) to make Android 4.0+ OS run on old legacy, low-end devices.

OR else

Wait for some other is - Firefox, Ubuntu..

Like post? Just Thanks me in ur hearts, no need to "presss" thanks.

After all, 384mb RAM as well as 600mhz processor and an ARMv6 cpu... how can we hope good performance? We should not expect much from our device. Galaxy Mini is already at its best. Proud to be an SGM user having 4.2.2...
