Suggestions....
Just seen this in the portal, downloaded looks very promising, a couple of suggestions
1. Rather than just displaying an event in the history section can you invoke what you have in the upcoming list i.e a count up/days since the event
2. In addition to displaying days,hours,minutes,seconds could you extend this to show weeks,months,years ?, An event that is 243 days away from today could be put into another context when viewed as 7 months 4 weeks 1 day .... etc
3. Themes, categories/colors for events
4. Please allow for certain fields to be left blank i.e Summary field
5. +1 for widgets and Google Calender integration
You have to be congratulated for the interface to this app, simple, effective and beautiful.

I've started working on the widget. Won't lie I suck at this sort of thing lol. Plus this is the first time I've ever messed with widgets

Updated with "upcoming" widget which will show latest upcoming event. More widgets on the way. Please test and let me know if it works ok

Oh I should mention the widget will update under the following conditions:
1) Every 30 minutes
2) Every time you create/edit an event
3) Every time you delete an event
4) On reboot (obviously)
5) Whenever an event is up
So basically you are covered

Has anyone gotten crashes? Someone reported crashes after the update which kinda seems strange since all I did was add the icon...
I've just uploaded a minor fix for if an image is unavailable where rather than fc it will give you a msg.
Updated with repeating events. Please test report bugs etc etc
I've been playing with it this evening to try this out and so far no problems to report. (Well, other than a slightly irritated partner but she's very forgiving! :laugh

BTW, FYI next features will be 2 new frequency options "x amount of days" and 'x amount of weeks" REALLY this time lol...maybe tomorrow start on it

Yeah, definitely. I'm going to see what I can get done today. My gf has my phone in Jersey though currently so I'm forced to work with the emulator (which I hate). I think the reminder shouldn't be an issue for today though.1
Actually just got my phone back and tested it out on there. Everything seems working ok so just uploaded it to Play.
