Just flashed this a couple of days ago, awesome mod! Ran into a bug though, had anyone had the camera open up instead when you swipe to unlock? Not a big issue, just thought I'd mention it.

Never had this, sorry...
Maybe your finger pressed the camera button the same time?

Flash like the original mod. You can always go back by reflashing the original mod.

Nice mod thanks one little issue is that there seems to be a slight grey stripe across the status bar when you pull it down is there any chance you could make the status bar transparent that would be awesome great stuff though

Great! Can you do that with this battery icon?

I changed the battery icon to my likings and wanted to share it. I won't do any other mods.

You can easily do it on your own. Google UOT kitchen. Upload your framework-res and systemui.apk and configure the battery icon. Most icons there are made for gingerbread anyhow and I don't think they have that one you are looking for. You have to unzip the zip you get from UOT, change the update-binary with one from a working zip (it needs to be for X86) and rezip again else it won't flash on RAZR i.

Yes and no.
The script in the CWM package deletes "SystemUI.odex" - in case you want to get stock app back and you are on an odexed ROM, you need this file. If you are on an deodexed ROM, your solution works.
You may edit the updater-script in the package though...
