how much does it usually takes the rom to boot up? I just instaled it, fresh install , and it's stuck at the HTC bootscreen for over 15 minutes now...
i am unlocked - s-on , standard kernel

try this, install the ROM and then go into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik flash another kernel.worked for me with kernel coolexe

Finally got it to work!!! For people with problems installing do the following steps.
I flashed 1.0.1. version first with stock HTC kernel (It will take like 6 minutes to get past 50% in the aroma installer) and without rebooting flashed the OTA update.
Then I rebooted and it would take 4 minutes to boot in android.
I went to OTA updater in the app drawer and flashed the 1.0.2 with OTA witch let it boot and flash 1.0.2. in 4EXT Recovery.
Now it works!!!

On Rom 1.0.2 I notice that the auto rotation in rosie did not work for me and changing the color of the battery had no effect. I had one reboot when I was trying to watch a movie clip from Facebook. I had not many app's running on the background.
I am missing more tweaks @ sensai tweaks like getting more app's showing in the app drawer.
Sins you pronounced version 2.0 I will first look at that before I say to much

Overall good performance in this Rom but I think I am a little bit spoiled with customisation when coming from the viper Rom

Could someone reupload it somewhere else? Last night i had to stay awake another 3 hours , just too see that at the 80% it would say file download interrupted.

Battery life could be better... 1900mah and empty in evening...

Ok,right now, i must say, the rom is kindda ok

Google Now , doesn't work. It listens and does absolutely nothing , so i disable it ( no big fuss )
Next is a kindda question , are all sense 4.1 roms having the HUGE ,LAUD front speaker volume so damn high ? Even at the lowest volume setting ,it still sounds like it's over it's limits...
Voice over google talk works from both ends , so it ok.
HDR not working.

Otherwise , the rom is quite ok. It's simple , looks really ok.
Only the sound is a problem for me ... even with sony off.

some small suggestions:
- a lot of people (including me) dislike the sense 4.5 keyboard layout, and a lot of them like it. Could you include an option in the aroma installer to select which keyboard to install (the current one, sense 4.1 i guess, or the new sense 4.5 one)? I didn't flash venom 1.6.3 just because i hated that layout, and i LOVE this rom, would be a waste to not keep it

-a personalise option for the sms to switch bubble colours, background, and so (venom had it)
- tweaks option to switch system font (also venom had it in tweaks)

I'm sorry for the comparison with venom so much, I'm not biased towards it but it was the only rom i used as a daily driver for the past six months, liked those features, disliked the touchscreen issue...and your rom is so much more appealing, great battery life, very stable and all.. a big THANK YOU! is in order.

Same problem here, and I also noticed that the multitouch is not working correctly (maximum recognized touches = 2, instead of 4). Another issue is that the camera sometimes causes reboots.
But even so, I like this ROM.

Well,if loud speaker is fix (headspeaker and backspeaker) so no more distorted sound cause of the huge volume,and the Keyboard could have a patch , i really really love the sense 3.6 keyboard :crying: ,i would really consider getting back Sensai

ups forgot that to write. headspeaker and backspeaker are fixed too! Sense 3.6 keyboard - hmm I'll make a flashable zip for you, but I don't think that it'll work.
