I don't recall cm10 or any aosp rom to have real touch to focus... Only the tw roms?

Don't doubt anymore, its real. Touch to focus on cm ROM. No more toichwiz ever again !
I also noticed, is it just me or is Chrome scrolling broken in this ROM?

I haven't jumped to this yet, but what would be required to lift the camera apk out of this to try it? Are there some libraries or ko modules required too? If so, which ones?

Actually, it's required for this ROM and any CM10.1 based build after 4/24

Just you dude, I haven't had a single problem with Chrome on this. Try clearing data/cache from Chrome or removing and reinstalling it.

I have some issues with Chrome, but only on head-fi.org it seems, and even then only on a few threads (those that are image-heavy).

I haven't noticed the problem anywhere else. Minor inconvenience. Loving this ROM.
